Who's to say what months are better to get married in? It's all in the opinions of the bride and groom. Summer and spring seem to be the most popular seasons to get married in. First of all, winter is the cheapest time of year to have a wedding. Most catering halls are eager for business during this time of year and are willing to lower their prices. Outside vendors will even discount their services during this time. I have seen some of my brides and grooms cut their expenses in half when choosing to get married in the winter instead of the summer.

I understand what you may be thinking. The weather is horrible during this time. If you live in California, Florida, Arizona, or any other place where winters are mild, you have no excuse not to get married in the winter.

For the people who have a lot of snow, consider having a winter wonderland wedding. The whole theme can be around the holidays and the seasons. I've seen Christmas themed weddings and even New Years weddings. Some of the most beautiful wedding shots that I have seen have been outside in the snow. Again, you may be saying, "This is not for me". At the end of the day, all I'm saying is to consider your options. Who knows, you may become a winter wonderland bride.
